Sedona Pines is located just west of the city of Sedona on Hwy 89A.  Visiting Sedona Pines is a great opportunity to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.  Bring your family or just get away by yourself. Whatever the reason, remember that you will also be raising a minimum of $100 for your group.  What a great fundraiser! 

Details of Participation

• Household annual income of $40,000 or more for couples and single individuals
• If married, husband and wife must attend the 90-minute tour together.
• If you are a cohabitating couple, proof of same residence must be presented at the time of tour. As proof, we will accept matching addresses on ID, utility bills, phone bill, car registration or magazine showing each of you at a matching address.
• Must be at least 25 years of age or older
• Children under 12 years may not attend a presentation.  However, provided at NO CHARGE is our onsite Children’s Activity Center.  Your children will have fun playing games, doing projects, coloring and much more.  Provided for children less than 12 years of age.
• Only one promotional gift offer will be provided per family or per vehicle.
• Sedona Pines or Verde Ridge Resort owners, employees and those who have toured twice or within the last 12 months are not eligible for this offer.

Participation Gifts

This package provides for two nights accommodations for two at The Sahara Resort & Casino or The Palace Station and two roundtrip airline tickets departing from Sky Harbor Airport.

Terms and Conditions

• Mail your certificate, which you will get at the tour, to Spirit Travel within 21 days of issue date.
• Reservations must be booked 60 days in advance.
• Arrivals must be on a Monday or Tuesday; all other days are subject to a surcharge.
• The recipient of this vacation will be responsible for charges incurred in excess of those covered by this offer. 
• You must include a $50.00 good faith refundable deposit when you mail in your reservation request.
