of Participation
This
program is designed for couples and/or singles of legal age.
In order to receive this offer, all guests must attend an informative
sales presentation of the Ridge on Sedona Golf lasting approximately
90-minutes. If married, co-habitating or in a life partnership,
both parties must attend presentation together. A supervised
playroom is available during tour for a maximum of 2 children,
ages 1-12. Children are not permitted on tour. Guests, friends
or relatives will not be accommodated during your scheduled
presentation. Additional referred persons are welcome to schedule
their own presentation for a different time or day. Combined
minimum annual household income of $50,000 and possession of
a major credit card apply (debit cards do not apply). Guests
must not have declared bankruptcy in the last 3 years. Guests
with room reservations must cancel 72 hours prior to arrival
date or guests may be charged the prevailing rack rate. Guests
who have toured a Sunterra Resort within the last 12 months
are ineligible for this offer. Couples must read, speak and
understand English without the assistance of an interpreter.
One gift per household. Two forms of ID must be shown at reception
desk upon checking in, a valid driver’s license and major
credit card are acceptable. Proof of identification is required
in order to receive gift. There are no pets allowed on Sunterra
property. THIS MATERIAL IS BEING USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF SOLICITING
SALES OF A TIMESHARE INTEREST. No purchase necessary. Offer
expires 12/31/07g used for the purposes of soliciting sales
for a timeshare vacation interest.

will receive $100 contribution, plus you can choose from one

a. Good anywhere Visa is accepted
3. An overnight
resort get-a-way
a. In conjunction with your tour; while offered at NO cost,
a credit card is required to hold the reservation. If you need
to cancel and fail to do so within 48 hours of your scheduled
arrival, or do not show up for the presentation, you card will
be charged the going nightly rate.

Once registered, you will be contacted to set
a time and date that best suits your family. Due to sheer numbers,
participating resorts cannot schedule group tours; this includes
two or more couples wanting to attend during the same time period.
All tours are scheduled individually to best serve each couple.
