Two
(2) Powerful Referral Programs
REFERRAL
PROGRAM #1
(for
the booster club, team, group
or organization that sends a minimum of 10 Tours)
If you
know of a school, youth group or community organization who
would be interested in learning more about our fund, spread
the word. You will not only be helping them, you will also be
helping your group as well!
Referrals are one of the strongest forms of
marketing. It is also the best way we know to reach groups in
need of financial assistance.
For each
qualified tour that attends from a referred group, YOUR
GROUP receives $15. That means if you refer ten groups
that send 50 people each, your group earned $7,500. Not bad
for a few phone calls!
There are various ways to refer a group, but
here are the best three:
- Send
us an email
outlining the name of the group and their contact
information. Also include any other information possible;
what they know about the fundraiser, group size, goals, etc.
- Have
your group register
online, and MAKE SURE they put you down as
a referral in the "How did you hear about us?"
section of the registration form.
- Have
your group call your Club Advisor or EFSN. We can answer their
questions on the spot and list you as the referrer!
At the
end of each month, you will receive a list of your referred
groups, the number of participants who registered AND the number
of participants who have attended a presentation. You will receive
payment for the ones who have attended only - the rest may be
scheduled for the following month.
We will
need a signed W-9 from you BEFORE any checks can be sent; so
make sure to get that in as soon as possible. Just ask our office
to send you one!
REFERRAL
PROGRAM #2
(for
any individual
who would like to help introduce the EFSN program to groups
throughout their community and region within WA, OR, ID and
AZ)
Are you
a stay at home mom or dad, booster club leader, soccer mom,
retired coach or aspiring entrepreneur? Help introduce the EFSN
Fundraising Program to schools, youth groups and community organizations
throughout your community and region within WA, OR, ID and AZ
and you will receive a referral commission for every qualified
tour.
As we mentioned above referrals are one of the strongest forms
of marketing. It is also the best way we know to reach groups
in need of financial assistance.
To enroll
and become eligible for Personal Referral Commissions you register
with NABCA as an Advocate (no cost to register)
and for each qualified tour that attends from a referred group,
YOU will receive $20. That means if you refer
ten clubs, teams or groups that send 50 people each, you will
have earned $10,000. Not bad for a few referrals!
There are

- Send
us an email

Any legitimate group is eligible for this fundraiser,
including:
- Schools – private, public, charter, pre-schools,
etc
- Sport teams – school supported or after
school programs
- Private studios or clubs – dance, gymnastics,
karate
- Religious institutions – churches, youth
groups, Young Life
- Community Centers – YMCA, Boys and Girls
Clubs, etc.
- Non-profit – hospitals, United Way, Salvation
Army, etc.
- Adult groups – Lion’s Club, Kiwanis’, Elks,
parent groups
Even businesses are a great fit for this fundraiser.
Every business wants the positive exposure of a Community Outreach
program. If you know of a business that would like to participate,
they can send employees in support of their favorite charity,
school or organization. If they help raise $1,000 or more, EFSN
will send a press release to local news media documenting their
community support.
